Specialised Driver Training
We provide participants with the approved Specialised Driver Training to help people with disabilities learn to drive. Learning to drive and improve in driving are one of the key steps in leading an independent life.
With numerous vehicle modification options that can be mixed and matched to suit your needs. We assist people in need with a wide range of abilities, including:
- Satellite Accelerator – an accelerator system that allows two-handed driving
- Combined Brake & Accelerator – a multi-purpose system that gives a driver control over the accelerator, brake, horn, lights and indicators
- Left Foot Accelerator – accelerate with your left foot instead of the right
- Spinner Knob – we have both standard and programmable versions
Therapeutic Supports
Therapeutic support from us can help you to improve your independence in the field of language and communication, mobility and movement, personal care, interpersonal interactions and community living.
These professional therapeutic supports delivered by qualified providers will enhance your daily living skills, whilst maintaining your physical mobility and wellbeing.
Plan Management
We help you in planning management as a provider, also known as plan managers, will support you to manage funding in your NDIS plan.
Besides, drawing down funds from the NDIS portal, a provider or a plan manager has the responsibility in receiving invoices from a participant’s supports, and submitting those funds to the organisation who have delivered the support service to the NDIS participants.
Personal Training Services / Exercise Physiology Services
Our personal trainers conduct and supervise multiple exercise programs for participants’ good health. We design and deliver personalised fitness programs so that it is safe and effective to go through the exercise programs. Accommodation / Tenancy
We fully support your choice and options regarding where and how you want to live. From staying at home with your loved ones, in a home on your own, or in a house with others with disabilities in the community.
Together, we discuss and find a way forward that can help you to achieve your living atmospheres and goals. The accommodation support we offer is flexible and you can adapt as your needs change over time. Accommodation support could be someone dropping into your home once a week, all the way up to a 24-hours model of high needs support.
Household Tasks
You can rely on us as we give assistance in your domestic chores, such as cleaning, dishwashing, clothes washing, fresh linen and ironing. This can help in maintaining a safe and secure living space, as well as saving your precious time by seeking our help in your daily household tasks. Daily Tasks / Shared Living

Together we can make sure that your home atmosphere reflects who you are, at the same time helping you from pre-moving state till you are settling in:
BEFORE MOVING:
We listen and learn what is important to you. Together we will agree on an overall plan that works for everyone. Some of the things to think about include:
- Where will your home be?
- Who will you live with?
- How can we best work alongside you to prepare you for the move?
DURING THE MOVE:
There are many practical things to think about during this stage, and we want to make sure that this is an enjoyable experience. Some preferences that we need to consider and plan together include:
- What kind of staff are you looking for?
- What skills and shared interests would you like them to have?
- What equipment do you need?
- What furniture needs to be purchased?
SETTLING IN:
After you have moved in, our time is spent together so that we can get to know you even better. Once we have met your goals for living arrangements, we want to understand more about what you need and want to be able to live your best life.
We will continue to review, discuss and check in with you as well as your new support networks.
Short-term Accommodation and Respite Care
Short-term accommodation is offered for those in need of a temporary living space. We ensure that all your needs and wants are met while your caregiver attends appointments or activities, meeting friends or even spend a few days away.
This service is delivered from the comfort ofyour own living space. Besides, respite care is given to you or your loved ones. Fromas little as a few hours or can be several days or weeks, we are there to assist you.
Community Nursing Care

Home Modification
Besides helping people with disabilities to live independently and safely, we deliver cost-effective modification solutions for NDIS participants by modifying the home structure to create an environment that maximises the participants’ safety. We want to reduce the risks of slipping or falling that may result in injuries.
The modifications range from basic modifications, such as the installation of handrails and widened doorways, to the most complex modifications, such as the installation of ramps and the modification of kitchens or bathrooms.
Assist-Travel / Transport
We assist in giving travel or transport services to people with disabilities, including in providing personal transport-related equipment, or training to use the public transport.
From travelling or to attend your appointments with your doctors, we are here to provide you the company you need and stay with you throughout the day in order to provide the assistance you need.
Assist-Personal Activities
This is a personalized service where our caregivers are trained to assist you to complete daily activities that are relevant to your individual needs and support requirements.
We are ready to help you as fully as you need in your personal activities such as grocery shopping or going for an appointment. We will be there to with your personal tasks that you may have challenges with like:
- Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming
- Toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care
- Eating and drinking
- Attending appointments
- Use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices
- Mobility and transferring, for example moving in and out of bed and on or off the toilet
- Application of splints, basic first aid due to injuries sustained as a result of a participant’s disability
